Since graduating from The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 1992 (above, centre), Richard has appeared in numerous films, TV series and on stage throughout the UK. On TV, he played regular and recurring roles in such children's series as The Mysti Show, Sir Gadabout, MI High and My Parents Are Aliens. Other credits include Miss Scarlet & The Duke, Doctors, Life Of Riley and Filth: The Mary Whitehouse Story.

His film credits include appearances with Burt Reynolds in A Bunch Of Amateurs, opposite Helena Bonham Carter in Great Expectations and The Wind In The Willows with the Monty Python team. Other film credits include The Wolfman, Penelope and Stormbreaker.

On stage, Richard has toured the country in adaptations of some of David Walliams' most famous children's books, including the Olivier nominated Gangsta Granny and an arena tour of Grandpa's Great Escape featuring Nigel Planer.
